- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Happy to be serving the bay area for over 10 years! White glove moving services. We never canceled any appointments. Week days rate: -For 2-person crew $125 per hour. -For 3-person crew $175 per hour. -For bigger crew price on request. Weekends rates: -For 2 person crew $150 per hour. -For 3 person crew $200 per hour. Hourly rate + one base fee $80 (base fee always applies weekdays or weekends) -Low 2 hours minimum - pro-rated into 15 minutes increment. -Moves more than 20 miles from pick up to drop off, double drive time, round trip applies. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way is to speak with our customers directly on the phone. Once on the phone we gather exactly what the customer needs, best contact information, and next steps in the moving process. We make sure the the customer is aware of exactly what our company does so we are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Larro’s Moving has more than 15 years of experience in this industry. We make sure all our movers go to a 1 month movers training to handle furniture carefully and efficiently.
