- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is generally simple. It is function of the size of the space and the amount of labor we spend to complete the job. For me to give the most accurate quote possible online, please provide: 1) the type of space (house, apartment, car, etc.) 2) the rough square footage and 3) the type of odor (your best guess is fine)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
A wide variety of jobs including: cigarette smoke, fire smoke, cooking fire (protein fire) smoke; pet odor, pet urine; sewage, and fuel odors; disinfection and sanitation of an interior space
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent job we did involved a forgotten pot of beans on the stove which burned and filled the entire house with smoke. The odor was so bad the conventional solution was to gut the kitchen, remove all the carpets, and repaint the walls -- which would have displaced the family for two months. We removed the odor completely in under 10 days, without any kitchen remodeling necessary, and without repainting or throwing 2000 sq ft of perfectly good carpet in a landfill. All while charging less than 25% the conventional solution. Talk about saving time and money
