We bought a fixer upper with water damage which remained unoccupied for many months and hence came with musty smells and mold issues. Luckily we found My Pure Environment (MPE) through Thumbtack. Ivan of MPE shared videos and pictures to show their dry fogging sanitation system works and the quote was of good value. Ivan and Jimmy of MPE were punctual and did a thorough and great job. They shared lots of videos and pictures of their work during the whole process. Now our property smells much better and we feel much more comfortable staying inside the property and interviewing contractors there. Ivan was so kind and considerate by buying lunch, drink and snacks for me after knowing I need to stay on-site to work on other projects.

We needed to get rid of our mold issue quickly because we have little ones and don’t want it to cause any health issues to them and Ivan was quick to respond and scheduled our treatments the next day. He was thorough at explaining what needed to be done and what each of the treatments do.

We recently had a leak in our roof which caused mold in our attic. Ivan and his team came out and assessed the issue and remediated the damage and treated every room as well. The price was fair and we didn’t have to evacuate or house for 3 days since the solution they use is eco-friendly. We were back in our house the same day and the airquality in our house feels very fresh. Not to mention him and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. Big thanks to the My Pure Environment team!

I had a great experience with Ivan- he was very communicative and responsive and took detailed pictures, and gave us detailed feedback on what we could do to address the mold in our home. Would recommend to anyone looking for a value mold inspection before proceeding to take further action.
