- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of our services are dependent on the exact needs of our clients, therefore our pricing varies from customer to customer. We do, however, operate with a minimum fee structure for the most basic package in each of our service options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a free consultation. During this meeting we asses the exact needs of potential clients to determine if we are the right company for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Head Coordinator, Rachel is a certified member of the Association of Bridal Consultants. Through ABC she follows current trends in every aspect of event and wedding coordination. She graduated from CSU, Sacramento with a BA in Communication Studies, making her vendor negotiation skills undeniable.
