Rachel Murch has proven time and again her ability to plan fun and exciting events, problem solve quickly and ensure guest satisfaction. While she served as Vice President of Scholarship for Sigma Kappa, she hosted our Pearl Banquet event, which invited over 150 guests to honor our collegians' yearly achievements. Not only was this a highly successful and highly praised event, but Rachel kept calm and collected when more guests than anticipated arrived to the luncheon. Rachel Murch is one of the best wedding and event planners. She is very professional, innovative and has great ideas. She also is good listener, stays within a budget and pays close attention to details. Rachel is able to listen to the wants and needs of a client and excels at meeting their expectations by using the venue to create the perfect atmosphere. Rachel pays attention to detail and ensures that the clients and guests will remember and treasure the event. She planned an event at Sacramento State for about 150 people. She was responsible for sending out the invitations, food, decorations, and coordinating the guest speakers. Some of the decorations included centerpieces, silverware, chair covers, and tables displaying personal items for the group holding the event. Rachel was able to stay within budget while planning and amazing event. With all of her knowledge and experience coordinating and planning events, I would highly recommend Rachel Murch for any wedding or event.

Rachel has planned a few events for us. She is creative and professional in organizing and coordinating everything she does--from beautifully-designed invitations and decorations, a fantastic display of food and drinks, to ensuring guests are happy and everything is cleaned up afterwards. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of our services are dependent on the exact needs of our clients, therefore our pricing varies from customer to customer. We do, however, operate with a minimum fee structure for the most basic package in each of our service options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a free consultation. During this meeting we asses the exact needs of potential clients to determine if we are the right company for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Head Coordinator, Rachel is a certified member of the Association of Bridal Consultants. Through ABC she follows current trends in every aspect of event and wedding coordination. She graduated from CSU, Sacramento with a BA in Communication Studies, making her vendor negotiation skills undeniable.
