As a private caterer and personal chef, I see my job as solving problems and making people happy. I provide weekly and bi-weekly meal delivery services as well as corporate and occasional catering. Hire me once, once in a while, or on a regular recurring basis. I've had many clients stay with me for 5 years or longer, and many more return for hassle-free catering services. I love to feed people and I'm easy to work with. Here's the basic process: PERSONAL CHEF SERVICES 1. We talk about your specific needs and what I can do to fulfill them. 2. You fill out my questionnaire with all your preferences. 3. I present an extensive menu tailored to your tastes. As we continue to work together, the menu changes to reflect your preferences and the seasons. 4. You choose a service plan, including number of meals desired and delivery frequency. 5. I cook, package, and deliver to you delicious meals that are a snap to reheat and eat. For Catering Services, I offer seasonal menus ranging from cocktail party small bites to multi-course dining experiences. I have a wide palate and experience with many ingredients and culinary styles. I have been hired to help people with weight loss, weight gain, body building, athletic goals, illness recovery, palliative care, and all manner of dietary restrictions (paleo, keto, low sodium, high protein, anti-inflammatory, celiac, vegan, to name a few). I love being able to provide delicious solutions for people with dietary challenges.
