- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do continuing education all the time. I am constantly learning the new trends and trying them out personally so that I can demonstrate and educate the students in my class.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a severe concussion about 10 years ago. This resulted in limited movement of my cervical spine. I used pilates as Physical Therapy and had amazing results. I then received my certification through BASI and over the years started adding additional personal training certifications. I currently have full range of motion through my cervical spine and weight train about 5 days per week :)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of job at the moment is improvement in mobility for men and women in their 50's-60's and weight loss and toning for men and women in their 20's-40's
