Personal Training

Sean is a great trainer who focuses on the needs of his clients. Each session is progressive and moves at the pace I need. The basketball workouts are a ton of fun yet push me to the limit.

Ive been training with Sean Green for the past 5 years. He’s helped me develop my game to have a successful college basketball career and now professional. Hes really great at finding the little holes in your game and addressing them quickly so you can trully get better. Hes always on time, professional and fun to be coached by.

Sean’s knowledge and encouragement have inspired me to love the game again after I stopped play for a couple of years. When I thought that I had a wide variety of moves, Sean would always have a new move that I’ve never seen before that would enhance my game with every new move I would add to my game. You will get a great workout with this trainer!  He has tons of experience as a professional athlete, coach and personal trainer so he can accurately assess your abilities, help you determine your goals and tailor workouts to help you achieve these goals.   Though many clients seek Sean out for his basketball workouts and triathlon training, I was looking for an experienced trainer that wasn't going to give me the same old boring workouts with weights and machines.  In our sessions after a cardio warm up we would do an assortment of exercises - some of which included Bosu ball burpees, pull ups and push ups with the TRX, the ropes, dogsled running, tire flips, jump rope, ladder drills, high kicks over hurdles, sprints, mountain climbers, leg lifts, shoulder weights, box jumps and sprints... there are many many more in the mix but you should try a session with him to see for yourself. I was training with Sean for over a year before I got pregnant; he helped keep me healthy throughout the nine months by adjusting my workout to fit my needs and then kept me motivated and disciplined with our workouts to a point where I felt even more fit post pregnancy.  On top of all that he's hilarious and will have you laughing in between sets.  I would still be working out with him now if he hadn't moved to CA!

Sean Green is an amazing trainer. He has the perfect blend of discipline and compassion. He trains my 13 year old son who plays basketball at an elite level. My son is extremely inspired and motivated by Sean and loves going to his sessions. As a result of Sean's knowledge and love if the game and the mechanics of the body, can see through a situation and truly understand how to push you and when to exceed even your desired results. My son credits Sean with the refinement of his game and feels he is someone that is not only his trainer but a positive role model in his life. When you meet Sean and get to know him you will smile, laugh and be grateful to have met him. His humility and clarity work and desire to constantly improve himself are traits we as a family find of great value. He is the best trainer in Cali!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    After years of professional sports, it seemed like a smooth transition. I love to be active and all signs pointed to motivating and teaching others.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Just to be as excited to train as the trainer is to train you! When there is positive energy in both ends, the journey is quite enjoyable!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    That is may seem like easy work, but it's very draining at times. The trainers energy is always given to their clients in every session. I want to motivate you and have you buy in to the healthy you live longer. Sometimes when clients are resistant it can be taxing.
