FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices and packages vary depending on in-person and online options. Please inquire with your coach for details on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I start with a one hour consultation which starts with a fitness/nutrition interview and transitions into a movement assessment and workout. The interview gives me a chance to ask questions and formulate a plan thats catered to your preferences and history. The movement assessment informs me of any muscular or skeletal deficiencies that you may have. Lastly, the workout will be individualized to the information gained in the interview and assessment, and it will give you give a glimpse of my training style. If it all works out at the end, you may choose to purchase additional sessions at the price listed below. The sessions also come with at home programs, and nutrition guides.
