I've had many trainers in my past, and each experience felt impersonal, rushed, and overall ineffective. Those feelings changed 20 minutes into my first session with Milad. His attentiveness, attitude, and overall knowledge about nutrition and fitness completely changed my whole perspective towards my health. It made me feel helpful, empowered, and excited. He gets to know you, your physical ability, and your goals and then completely tailors a plan that fits your needs. My time with him flew by, and I was so surprised by how much we achieve in our first session. Milad is by far one of the best trainers that I have ever come across with, and I am super stoked to have him by my side as I embark on another phase of transformation.

Milad’s system of fitness is thorough and based in scientific principles, I first reached out to Milad because I was looking for a personal with a bachelors degree in kinesiology. Sure enough Milad had one in addition to his strength and conditioning certification. We started with a consultation in which he asked me about my goals, diet, and past experiences with fitness. He then lead me through different movements and screens that tested my current fitness. Based off of the first 40 mins he was able to improvise and make a workout on the spot that was challenging but not overwhelming like some other first sessions that I have had. Overall, Milad is the person to see if you are looking for a qualified personal trainer who will help you reach your goals safely and effectively.

Copying from my yelp review. TL:DR is Milad balances the best from personal training, physical therapy, and functional fitness practices. Constantly educating on why we do exercises and the science behind them. Also consistently updates workouts to keep things fresh. Highly recommend.Have been working out with Milad for just shy of a year. I was having trouble putting muscle back on following a knee surgery and also had mobility issues, both of which Milad addressed methodically. Having worked out with personal trainers and physical therapists before, I can confidently say Milad provides the best of both worlds. Two things that stick out the most to me with our sessions are education and innovation. Milad makes an attempt to keep up to date on how my body feels before, during, and after a workout which dictates our focus. He makes sure I understand why we follow certain movements and what the justification behind our exercises are (e.g. why are we doing this). He also mixes in new techniques and new exercises regularly which has allowed my training outside of his gym to stay fresh.Overall I'm incredibly happy with my results and my workouts. I don't plan on stopping any time soon and would highly recommend.

Ive been training with Milad for several months now and cannot even begin to sing his praises high enough. Milad is a very kind, professional, knowledgeable and dedicated trainer. He is there for his client in every way. He is educated and is always checking in throughout the workout to ensure that a) Im challenged, b) Im physically feeling okay, and c) Im liking the workout. There are a lot of good trainers out there however Milad really goes the extra mile for his clients. Hes always open to learning new things (dietary and workouts) if I come to him with requests and if he doesnt know anything about it, off he goes to learn. Im not the average client as I have some physical limitations that Milad has been extremely attentive with. I have neuropathy in my feet and that sometimes hinders the type of workout I can do. Milad is not only aware and caring, he has gone to great lengths to create workouts that challenge me and do not irritate my neuropathy. He has even gone so far as to work with my PT to understand the condition and how to best support me. The other day when I was lifting I felt a slight pain in my back and Milad stopped everything to focus on taking care of that and had me take some immediate actions to stretch and attend to the pain. Ive been in this situation before and what Milad did saved me a few days of pain. Ive had several trainers throughout the years and Ive struggled with my weight (Im a large woman) and Milad is so respectful of me. I know my body, hell check in but has absolutely no judgment. If I want dietary input, hell certainly give it however he respects that I know what Im doing and doesnt push advice on me.I have the utmost respect for Milad and could not be happier that I found him. Hes worth every penny of his fee!

Milad and I have been training together for well over a year now. I knew I needed structure, motivation and real expertise to get to the next level and that is exactly what Milad offered from the outset. He takes the time to understand your goals and helps you refocus them at the right cadence. We have spanned everything from fun to super challenging goals, like running my first marathon and having a great snowboarding season. He is always prepared with a diverse routine that keeps you excited and appropriately challenged. I really appreciate Milad’s attention to detail in doing the exercises correctly, both to maximize their impact and protect you from injury. That's something that is really hard to optimize on your own. I also now realize how much I have learned in training with Milad, which comes from patient teaching and going the extra mile so you understand why specific exercises matter and how they impact your body. I couldn’t give a more confident and glowing recommendation for anyone looking to improve their overall health and well-being.
