We have two senior dogs that require lots of attention and care, and Lindy did a great job taking care of them while we were away. One dog has Cushing’s which requires a multi-pill and special feeding schedule plus mobility issues. Lindy took care of them beautifully and kept us posted of any concerns - and was overall very easy to reach and communicate with! On top of all that, she sent regular photos and updates, even taking our guys with her to the coffee shop to hang out on the patio - they were living their best life! The best part about Lindy is that you know her heart is 1000% into caring for your pups and giving them all the love and attention they need! She asked questions in her intake form that let us know that she wanted to understand our pups personalities and routines as best as she could. She also cared for our house beautifully. Our home was actually cleaner and nicer when we came home than when we left it! Thank you, Lindy!!!

I was in a bind and needed to book a 16 day petsitting job at the last second. Lindy responded immediately, did her initial assessment, got the paperwork done and showed up a few days later to take charge of the critters. During the entire stay, she was communicative, sent pictures, and let me know about the minor issues that typically come up in these types of engagements. 5 stars. :)

"I am a very nervous pet parent with spoiled animals who are used to nearly nonstop attention since I work from home. Finding a sitter who can provide that level of care is not easy, but Lindy went above and beyond. When we returned, our neighbors raved at how well Stuart was taken care of and spoiled while we were away. We received daily photos and updates, and Lindy was not afraid to ask questions, which was very reassuring and showed she paid attention to the smallest details. Stuart is not an easy dog and takes a while to warm up to people, but he bonded with Lindy easily and lived his best life while we were away. Normally I am on edge the whole time I am away but after day one, I relaxed knowing my babies were in good hands. I highly recommend Lindy and plan on using her again in the future for Stuart, Ginger, and new addition, Scout.

Lindy is wonderful! She took such amazing care of our family dog and our home. She treated our home with respect and loved our pup like family. She was great at communicating with us regularly. We received photos and fun videos, which was nice to see on long trip. It was very easy to trust her and we are very glad that we found her and we will for sure be using her again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each situation is estimated uniquely. I quote after meeting the pet and pet parents. You all want this for your pup: food, water, love and attention, exercise, fresh air and potty access. I focus on one family at a time, no double dipping at all, ever. 🐾💛
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My philosophy is to organize just enough information ahead of time that if there were an emergency (or just a good question) we all know what to do and who to call. We communicate about what is wanted and expected by both of us and put all of it in writing.
My process: we make an appointment for a brief FaceTime chat and then plan a relaxed meet/greet in person at your home. The dogs get to know me and show me the treat location. I like to take them for a brief walk. i write an estimate and then I make an itinerary and plan for the work. I hold dates with a deposit. After that, I am holding your dates with the money you put down.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Bachelors Degree from UCLA in 1986, History. I also studied art, culinary arts, Italian and Dance.
I earned 23 consecutive 5-star reviews in pet care until 2022. I have been on my own and growing ever since, expanding the business via referral and repeat clients. I have selected a wonderful group of dog lovers to work for.
