- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a "first session free" promotion to give potential clients a taste of what they can expect without any financial commitment. This is a great way to remove any hesitation and allow my customers to experience the service firsthand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to what the customer is looking for. I ask questions to get a sense of their goals, challenges, or the specific service or product they need help with. Once I have an understanding of their needs, I make sure to clarify any uncertainties. As we move forward, I check in regularly to see if the customer’s expectations are being met and make any necessary adjustments based on their feedback. I aim to build long-term relationships by being responsive, offering ongoing support, and adapting to any evolving needs. My goal is to make sure the customer always feels valued and supported.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Samuel Antonio Visbal Navarro, and I recently completed my degree in International Business. I was born in Venezuela and lived there until the age of 8 before moving to Australia for my primary education and later graduating from high school in Brazil. This diverse upbringing allowed me to experience and adapt to three distinct cultures while becoming fluent in three languages. In 2019, I received a scholarship to play soccer at Jamestown Community College – State University of New York, where I not only earned my Global Studies degree but was also honored with a place on the Dean’s List for three consecutive semesters. During my time at JCC, I worked in the Admissions office, which helped me develop valuable interpersonal and professional skills. As I neared the completion of my studies, I grew increasingly interested in business, prompting me to pursue a degree in International Business to broaden my career prospects. Through courses like Business Finance, Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Calculus for Business, and Information Systems with a focus on Excel, I have gained essential knowledge and skills directly applicable to the business world. These experiences have provided me with a strong foundation as I embark on the next stage of my career.
