I'm Babak, your dedicated swim instructor, and I'm thrilled to dive into the world of aquatics with you! With a passion for both safety and the joy of swimming, I bring 25 years of experience to the pool.Also, I'm an open-water enthusiast with a love for the freedom and challenge that comes with navigating the great expanse. Having conquered 7 miles of open-water swimming, I understand the unique blend of endurance, technique, and mental strength required to navigate the waves.
My teaching approach is a perfect blend of professionalism and fun. I believe that building confidence in the water is as crucial as mastering strokes. Whether you're a beginner taking your first splash or an advanced swimmer refining techniques, I'm here to guide you every stroke of the way.

As most of you know, it's not easy to find the right swim instructor as an adult.
I already had some basic swimming knowledge and was looking for someone to help me improve my technique.
I found Babak and started with 3–4 sessions in the beginning. He is extremely professional, patient, and knows exactly how to keep you motivated and excited throughout the lessons.
Not only have I improved my swimming technique, but I’ve also found a workout routine I look forward to. I now train with Babak on a weekly basis.
It’s rare for me to write a review, but I highly recommend Babak to anyone looking to get better at swimming or just build confidence in the water.

can’t say enough great things about Bob! he is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and one of the kindest, most patient coaches we’ve ever met. he truly cares about every swimmer’s progress, taking the time to understand their strengths and areas for improvement. After a long break from swimming, his gentle and encouraging approach made getting back in the water a fun and positive experience. he celebrates every milestone, big or small, and his passion for teaching shines through in every session. Highly recommend!
