FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is straightforward and transparent from the start. • Flat rate for the first service attempt – no surprises • No charge if service is unsuccessful on the first attempt (when applicable to agreed terms) • Additional attempts only if needed, discussed and approved in advance • Optional services priced separately, such as: – Court filing (due to additional courthouse trips) – Printing (charged per page for large packets) – Stakeouts or extended wait time (only when strategically necessary) I also offer bundled “full service” packages for clients who want everything handled start to finish, including service, filing, and documentation. My goal is simple: clear pricing, no hidden fees, and efficient results. If anything unexpected comes up, I communicate first—no billing surprises later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the documents to make sure everything is complete and compliant before any attempts are made. Then I confirm details like addresses, timelines, and any known patterns about the individual being served. From there, I develop a targeted service strategy and keep the client updated throughout. Once service is completed, I promptly provide a signed proof of service and can assist with court filing if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a registered process server with the county and have hands-on experience handling a range of legal documents, including unlawful detainers and restraining order services. My background in social work and systems navigation also strengthens my communication, documentation, and situational awareness—skills that are surprisingly valuable in this field.
