It is my honor to be one of only 20 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique practitioners in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Some of these include 60, 90, and 120 minute reiki healing, chakra balancing, meditation sessions for groups and individuals.
To give you a little background on me, my name is Joshua Khatena. I am a 9-year veteran social worker, best-selling author, activist, Cognitive Behavioral life-coach, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique practitioner, Reiki Master Level 4, Chakra Meditation practitioner, and founder of Radical Roots Art Collective.
My favorite healing modality I offer clients is a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique and Cognitive behavioral life coaching session. These sessions combine the powerful life-changing work of hypnosis and integrate cognitive behavioral life coaching to help make those changes permanent.
The reason I like to work holistically is we are able to look at the totality of a person to determine why certain issues may be coming up emotionally, physically, mentally, etc. Then I individually tailor plans with my clients to define their physical, energetic, mental, & spiritual needs. Hypnosis enables the client to reach the root of an issue without the chatter of the conscious mind. We are then able to reprogram your cognitive thoughts into affirmations and beliefs that will serve your highest good.
My unique skill-set, in combination with training as a meditation practitioner and QHHT hypnotherapist, is helping clients transform their lives!
I am trained in a specific life transforming hypnotherapy called Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique developed by renowned hypnotherapist Dolores Cannon.
With 9 years of investigative skills honed as a social worker, I intuitively approach healing sessions from trauma-informed and multi-therapeutic modalities.
QHHT sessions allow you to access your subconscious while your brain is in the theta wave or “lucid dreaming” state of focused consciousness. In this state you will be answering your own life questions without the distractions of the egoic mind. I am simply a guide and facilitator of your own healing. 💫

Reiki. Reiki is a beautiful and easy way to free energetic blocks in your physical and energetic body.
