- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on your career level and industry. You will choose the appropriate package based upon the salary of the position you are seeking as it is commensurate with your career level and the amount of time and expertise needed for your project. Pricing: Entry-Level Resume (up to $30K salary desired): $179. Professional-Level Resume ($30K-$60K salary desired): $199. Mid-Level Resume ($60K-$100K salary desired): $249. Senior-Level Resume ($100K salary desired): $349. IT/Engineering (salaries up to $100K): $249. Federal Resume: $349. Military-to-Civilian Conversion Resume: $249. CV (Physicians, Educators, Scientists, etc.): $349. You can add the following items to any Resume Writing Service: Cover Letter: $59. LinkedIn Profile: $69. Thank-You Letter: $29. Salary Negotiation Letter: $29. Rush Service ($49) - receive drafts within 2 business days of meeting with your writer. **Our standard turnaround time is 4-5 business days.** Career Coaching Session ($99) – 1-on-1 coaching with a Career Coach to focus on whatever topic you'd like!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here is the step-by-step of our process: 1. To begin, you will simply choose the appropriate package from our website that is based on the salary of the position you are seeking. 2. You will be prompted after payment to submit any current (or outdated) resumes you may have. If you do not have a resume, we will provide you with a questionnaire to gather all necessary information. 3. We will align you with the writer who best understands your career needs/industry. They will then reach out to you directly to schedule a phone consultation to discuss your transition and discuss your experience, skills, interests, etc. 4. Turnaround time is approximately 4-5 business days (unless you choose to purchase the Rush service for $49, for a turnaround time of 2 business days). You will be sent a draft of your new resume and cover letter, and you have 7 days to make unlimited revision requests until you are 100% satisfied and confident with the final document(s)! 5. Once you have approved the final draft(s), we will provide you with the final documents. You will receive all documents in Word so they are easily editable in the future. 6. If you add on the LinkedIn Profile update, your writer will optimize your Professional Summary, Headline, Skills, Work Experience and review the balance of the content for professionalism and grammar.

Before I started Evolution Coaching, I developed and facilitated leadership development curriculum / courses for managers and LOVED it. After years of navigating the corporate world and having to worry about the "red tape," I decided to start Evolution Coaching so we could help more people and deliver results they were truly looking for!
