After paying for and receiving service on the pool from another company, that did not result in a clean unusable hot tub at all times, I discovered Donovan and his company and have not been happier with a service for a spa or pool, before in my life! His work is exceptionally detailed and he knows every technical nuance to maintaining and the overall upkeep use of a hot tub! His knowledge is incredibly deep and he has taken time to explain to me the ins and outs of the system and how I can, as a homeowner, help keep the spa in the utmost condition between his visits. He not only knows exactly what he’s doing, but provides an incredibly detailed report of what he did to the spa and all updates on it overall health on a weekly basis for an incredible price. I have been nothing but incredibly impressed with not only the work he does, but his punctuality on a weekly basis with his visits and his overall communication with me as a customer. He comes and attends to the spa in whatever way is needed with haste and has done nothing but improve the entire hot Tub and It’s system since working on it on a weekly basis as his monthly rate for consistent and continued weekly service was too good to pass up! I could not be more grateful for the work he does and the knowledge that he’s given me in relation to what could often be a complex obligation to have on your property and it’s associated maintenance. He makes learning about the hot Tub fun when I have questions and I have never had somebody take their work so seriously and have such an incredible reporting habit on the work he does and the status quo of the hot tub, ever before, when working with companies to maintain and clean the systems of the pools and hot Tub tubs I’ve had ownership over. It is a pleasure to have him maintain the hot Tub, and I don’t know how anyone is ever going to beat the service he provides on site and his aftercare reports, nor be able to match the price and quality of the package he provides monthly to me as a customer. He communicates frequently and never fails to show up for the scheduled appointment and is one of the friendliest humans. I’ve had the pleasure to have on a regular basis contribute to the care of my home! I highly recommend working with Donovan and his company for any and all of your hot Tub needs!"See more
