Jonathan was very honest and responsive. He gave me a fair price quote upfront and shared regular updates about when he could come to my home to do the repair. He communicated with me during the job and told me what he was doing before he did anything. Jonathan also educated me along the way and never looked down on me if I didn't know what he was talking about. I appreciated his willingness to troubleshoot things on the spot and the respect he had for my home as we had to look into things to complete the repair.
