June update: Unfortunately this "wonderful" tile layer completely bailed out on the critical closure to waterproof the tiles. We mutual agreed to postpone it until after electrical, drywall and painting was done. In the meantime, we had to terminate the drywall worker he recommended for being unprofessional. David became abusive and judgmental, refusing to do the 10-minute visit to ensure waterproofing. --------unchanged, original review David is an outstanding tile layer. He is very professional, thorough in his work, does his work methodically using his extensive set of tools and respects your place. If you want to execute an outstanding tiles idea for your bathroom or kitchen and are patient for a professional to do it right, David is your man. He is punctual, polite and conscientious. A rare tradesman who returns respect with respect. Highly recommended.

Edwin did a fantastic job tiling our new bathroom. We are very happy with the quality of work he performed. Edwin likes to charge by the hour, which can be a bit tough to budget around since his work takes time to get things just right. He is punctual, and easy to work with.

I liked the work done overall. The tile (penny mosaic) looks great and he installed a toilet and new floor. i had termites so he was able to put in a new floor and special treatment so the termites would not come back. This bathroom has always been a problem for me but now it looks much better. He came back to check on it several times to finish some fine details which was nice. He also fixed my shower wall and patched it up as well making it look new. I would hire again.
