The server/phone closet in and under my home was overrun with decades of different communications wiring — phone, coax, and old Ethernet. I needed it upgraded to modern Ethernet, and the old wiring removed and replaced by updated wiring and ports in 8 rooms. Jeff spent three long days under our house, removing and replacing the wiring in each room. He installed a rack to hold the switch and a patch panel, and set up my mesh system. He had a dogged nature and wasn't going to let the job's complications stop him. His estimate was very reasonable, and he stuck to it even though he put in more hours than he anticipated. He's very personable, creative, and easy to work with.

Jeff helped me run a fiber cable inside my house for the upcoming AT&T Fiber installation. Both AT&T and another handyman wanted to drill through the outside wall, which I wanted to avoid. Jeff was the MVP who made it all happen through the crawl space without damaging stucco. He crawled around in tight, dusty spaces under the house, found both entry points, and ran the cable between them. Jeff gets the job done and doesn't give up, which is a really valuable quality you want in a network professional, or really anyone working on your home.
