- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as much information from the customer as possible so that I can explain exactly what I'm going to do. For example, I would get the dimensions of the wall, the wallpaper specifications and any photographs they send tot me. From this I walk through the project with the customer. This reassures them and keeps everything transparent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have installed Wallpaper on and off for over 8 years. In the last few years I have gone full time due to the high demand. I have gained valuable experience working in Europe and the US. I have an apprenticeship, Journeyman and supervisory roles on my resume.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been hanging in the U.K. for a while and came over to San Francisco to expand my skill set.
