Genteel was quick to help me out. I had a old water heater that was out. They explained everything, came out right away, got a fair quote and they got to work. David, Chris and the rest of the team are true professionals all the way around. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Genteel sent their technicians Chris and Edgar to inspect and evaluate my water quality. By the end of the day I had a brand new house filtration system. I will be referring them to everyone! Very happy customer!

Tried to charge way too much for the job. Tried to tell me it's a good deal, when I know it's absolutely not. Had to negotiate to finally get a reasonable price. In the end, they charged me more than agree and refused to correct it.
On top of that the workers were not stellar. Did the job, barely, but left a mess and some parts unfinished. Plus didn't wear clean socks all the time so my place needed a scrub afterwards.
I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
