Justin and his partner were great. Came in and told me it was a five minute job. Then it became a bit more complicated because I inadvertently threw out an important piece to the air gap. Together we went through the garbage and found the missing pieces! Talk about customer service! I added a second job to make it worth his time. So all in all, a great experience. Will totally recommend Ken’s team! Couldn’t be happier with the results...and good guys too!

We had a slow draining sink that eventually got backed up. There was some stinky water and also some sand in the plugged up kitchen sink. Concern was that the sand in the sink might be from a broken pipe that was letting soil and sand surrounding the pipe back in. Come to find out it was just years of debris and what-not causing the backed up pipe, and the sand was more than likely just from the roof drainage. Anyhow I ended up hiring Kenneth Asire Plumbing to fix the job and couldn't be happier with the experience and the results. Kent was : 1. quick to respond 2. communicates well 3. gave a fair quote 4. did a very professional job 5. very thorough 6. final price matched quote 7. all around nice guy On top of the excellent work Kent did for us, he was also very patient with me when my payment was failing to go thru via Zelle. In the future I will absolutely hire Kenneth Asire Plumbing again and I would highly recommend you give him a call if you need a plumber too.

Highly recommend Kenneth Aspire Plumbing. I reached out online at 8:44 am and received a response within minutes. Kenneth arrived a few hours later and quickly identified the issue. He resolved the issue in less than an hour, showed me the root cause and walked me through what he did. The work also comes with a warranty! He’s friendly, yet professional and extremely thorough. Would definitely hire them again!
