Jason and Junior responded promptly and very professionally. They came inside, assessed the work required to extend the gas line to the dryer, and came back 30 minutes later with all the materials to do the job. The work looks very well done and is very neat. I would hire them again anytime.

I had a leaking air gap, and—as someone who is not very handy—reached out to a couple plumbers for estimates. The first said I had the wrong piece and wanted to charge an obscene amount; I passed. Justin from KA came in later and explained that the installers (previous homeowner) had neglected to remove a seal. It was an easy fix, and they tightened the faucet head that had been bugging me also. A great, straightforward experience.

Justin and his partner were great. Came in and told me it was a five minute job. Then it became a bit more complicated because I inadvertently threw out an important piece to the air gap. Together we went through the garbage and found the missing pieces! Talk about customer service! I added a second job to make it worth his time. So all in all, a great experience. Will totally recommend Ken’s team! Couldn’t be happier with the results...and good guys too!
