Sara is the perfect trainer for me. She tailors each workout to my personal fitness level and always makes sure to take my various health issues in account when pushing me to get the most out of my sessions with her. If I had a less caring trainer, I would have probably giving up working out a long time ago, but Sara helps me keep on track.

Sara is truly one of a kind. I have worked with a number of personal trainers, but none have ever helped me understand the big picture quite like Sara does. She motivates me to do things I didn't think I could do, but is also great about adjusting our sessions to fit how I'm feeling that day. I always leave my sessions feeling energized and looking forward to the next one. If you are trying become a healthier and happier version of yourself, I highly recommend working with Sara.

Sara is an amazing trainer that is extremely dedicated to her clients needs. I've had a number of different trainers over the years and what I really appreciated about Sara was her holistic approach to training and that she's was able to meet me at my pace. Initially we started slow but eventually built up to a pretty complex and challenging routine that included a lot of yoga and stretching too. Her dedication goes far outside of the gym with motivating texts and encouraging emojis. All in all, Sara helped me achieve my fitness goals and stay motivated.
