My tanked water heater was getting too old and not hot enough for multiple people use at the same time. Roman debugged the problem and did an initial fix. He said I could watch it for a couple of days and did not need to pay if it doesn’t work. The problem was not fixed. He suggested we need to replace the heater. He suggested a couple of options and compared pros and cons. We ended up using a tankless heater. I had concern about whether it fits my house based on research using ai. He explained clearly and mitigated my concern. His work was professional and now we have sufficient hot water flow for the family. He’s transparent about the pricing. Overall pretty good experience.
