I don’t usually write reviews, but I want to emphasize how wonderful it was to work with Brian. Upon learning of our situation (a foul odor emanating from a wall), Brian quickly and accurately got to the route of the problem and eliminated it within an hour or two! He precisely localized the dead animal in our wall and carefully removed it. He went above and beyond throughout the process, including a phone consultation to better understand our needs and an inspection to identify potential sites of entry. He provided fair and transparent pricing and did not try to upsell us. I should also share that he was professional, respectful, timely, and considerate. I would highly recommend him for rodent-related needs, especially if you are concerned about a dead animal in a wall!

I recently hired Simply Rodent to remove rats from my house, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. What truly set Brian apart was the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of his repair method. After identifying the rat entry points, he recommended long-term solutions using high-quality materials that would effectively prevent future infestations. Compared to other companies’ quick fixes, Brian’s approach gave me the most confidence that I wouldn’t be dealing with rodent issues for the long run.

Throughout the process, Brian was transparent and communicative. He provided plenty of photos documenting the repair work, which was especially helpful since much of it took place in hard-to-access areas like the crawl space and roof. I really appreciated being able to see exactly what was done.
