Jonathan and his team are AWESOME. They have been managing multiple properties for my family which has taken the stress away from us and we have gotten higher rent payments since his team took over. They've handled everything from repairs to rent increases, evictions, and other things that were keeping us up at night. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and I would recommend him wholeheartedly if you're looking to sell or lease your property.

I own a few rental properties in the are and after deciding I no longer wanted to actively manage them myself I called a few property management companies in the area many of whom never called me back. After meeting and talking with Charlotte and Deb I was convinced they were what I was looking for. They managed to rent my property to some quality tenants and get me more rental income than I ever expected.

Six years ago I met Ron when I was looking for a place to live. I contacted him and told him I would be over to see a condo he was managing/renting. I was a bit late and he graciously waited for me, how nice. I did rent the condo and for six years he has always been responsive to all my calls and has been, for me, a dream come true

I recently started using Zently as my property management service and it has been a blessing. I've not had to deal with my tenant at all and everything is just taken care of. There have been a few issues since they moved in, but Zently handled everything on my behalf while keeping me in the loop. Also, since they have relationships with service providers, they were able to save me some money on the repairs. I highly recommend the service, especially given the low monthly cost.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I OWN 3 PROPERTIES, 1 SINGLE FAMILY HOME, 1 MULTIFAMILY BUILDING (11 UNITS) AND 1 CONDO, AND I HAVE USED SEVERAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS. HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A BETTER COMPANY FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS. WHEN YOU OWN RENTAL PROPERTY, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE THE MOST DIFFERENCE - HAVING GREAT TENANTS WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY, LEASING THE PROPERTY FAST AND NOT LOSE MONEY FROM UNIT BEING VACANT TOO LONG, AND TAKING CARE OF REPAIRS IF ANY QUICKLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY. ALL THE PROPERTY MANAGERS AND LEASING AGENTS I USED WERE GOOD AT MOST ON ONE OF THESE KEY ITEMS. ZENPLACE PROPERTY MGMT HOWEVER IS THE ONLY COMPANY I HAVE FOUND THAT FOCUSES ON ALL. ZENPLACE ALSO QUICLY COLLECTED THE DEPOSIT AND GOT THE LEASED SIGNED FAST SO NO WAITING THERE. GREAT LEASING EXPERIENCE WITH MY OTHER UNITS TOO - QUICK, FAST, AND ATTRACT HIGH QUALITY TENANTS. Working with Ciro and Hanna was a blast. I needed my apartment cleaned in between Airbnb guests when I was out of town, which is more complicated than regular cleaning - would also need to make sure that all amenities are in place, change bedding, etc. I also wanted to find someone I could just call and talk to, ask about how apartment looks like after first set of guests, etc. I spoke to a couple of companies but it wasn't a good fit because their model is more of a volume and not custom requests, a lot of times I wouldn't be able to talk to the person who'd be actually cleaning, and a lot of times English language skills wouldn't be that good. It might be ok for regular cleaning sometimes but I'm very glad I stumbled upon Hanna and Ciro - great communication skills, very responsive, and most importantly highly intelligent - Ciro would promptly would ask me questions about things I wouldn't' think myself, figure out what to do on his own, we even did a FaceTime to see the apartment after cleaning, and totally a nice finishing surprise - towel swans (see the pic)!! Will definitely be back and highly recommend Ciro and Hanna! Thanks guys

I can not possibly say enough positive things about the job that Eddie and Dina Franich have done managing our property while we were across the country in Georgia. They did a top-notch job, are highly professional and very easy to work with from a property owners perspective. From finding the right renters to expediting those minor repairs that come up they have made our life hassle free with seamless excellent property management service. Best of all we always had the feeling that they managed our house almost as if it were their own.

Working with Greg was a pleasure. I knew that I didn’t have to worry about him doing what he said he’d do. He posted my unit for rent on every site, some that I’d never even heard of. He provided resources for me at every turn. I decided to sell my condo instead of renting it out, so I didn’t get to use Greg as a property manager through the entire process, but would use him again in a heartbeat! I can recommend Greg without reservation.
