Ali was highly communicative and punctual. He is knowledgeable and promptly fixed the wiring on our thermostat. Additionally, he noticed the clogged drain pump and addressed it proactively.

My thermostat was tested and replaced pretty quickly. He also made sure I know how to operate it after it’s replaced which I really appreciated. Communication was great and he kept me posted on the time of arrival. Very good experience. Will hire again.

Ali was great. I had a problem with the starters on my gas stove and spoke to Ali about it over the phone. His first advice was to ensure everything is clean such that I would not waste money by calling him over. That right there checked the box for me in trust.
When I did get back to Ali, he was super prompt in responding, came over for in time, provide a clear and concise estimate to me, got my approval and then finished up the work.
