My whirlpool washing machine had an error and stopped working. Land lord was out of the country so I had to handle it.
I reached out to Fixmore Appliance Repair and was able to get someone to come over the same day to check it out.
Allen came out and was awesome and professional; He was super covid cautious (masks ,gloves, sanitizer...)
He quickly diagnosed and found that the drain pump was damaged.
He gave me a fair quote and also had the part needed in his car so he was able to fix it immediately.
Allen replaced the pump and problem solved.
He also gave me a few tips for a proper maintenance of washer
I highly recommend Allen and Fixmore appliance repair.
Will use them again in the future or refer them to my friends.
