Alex is a total pro. They were fast to get back to me, came out same day, will be back with part in a couple days. Will definitely be using Reimagine again. Very positive experience. We really appreciated Alex' experience and knowledge and making time in his schedule on the afternoon when we needed him. We also appreciated his honesty in letting us know that it was not going to be worth it to repair the fridge due to its age. We would call Alex again for any other repair services needed in the house.

Very happy with Alex and Denis on their repair service on my washer, definitely will call them again for any future appliance repair services.
My LG WM2140C washer stopped working yesterday with blinking “LE” error code on the LED display. Manual says: “Thermal overload protection circuit in the motor has tripped.”
I contacted Reimagine via Thumbtack. Alex called me immediately yesterday to diagnose via the phone and gave a rough repair cost range. His partner Denis came today to do the repair. They’re very experienced and skilled in diagnosing a common motor problem on my 14-year old LG washer, and repaired it quickly it with original LG part on hand with reasonable cost (on the low side of estimated range). They said older generation washer is better made to last 20+ years, so it’s worth keeping it than buying new one.

The technician was amazing ! He was extremely thorough !! I was EXTREMELY impressed with how he went about trying to solve the problem. Unfortunately at the time he was here and after numerous attempts, the problem could not be replicated (VERY LOUD squeal during final spin). He gave me explicate instructions how to video record and send on my phone to him, when this happens again. He performed extensive tests on my machine during the whole process.
