Ali was excellent to work with from start to finish. He responded to my call right away and came out the same day to diagnose the issue. He sourced the needed part the very next day and returned promptly to install it on Wednesday as planned. Throughout the entire process he was professional, courteous, and respectful. Ali was great. I had a problem with the starters on my gas stove and spoke to Ali about it over the phone. His first advice was to ensure everything is clean such that I would not waste money by calling him over. That right there checked the box for me in trust.
When I did get back to Ali, he was super prompt in responding, came over for in time, provide a clear and concise estimate to me, got my approval and then finished up the work.
Excellent quality and was great working with Ali.
I would highly recommend him for your appliance needs.
