We had a Samsung Flex washer with both an upper and lower washer. Initially, we called about an issue with the lower washer not rinsing or washing. When Ali arrived, we also mentioned the upper washer was leaking. Ali proactively checked both issues, spending about two hours diagnosing everything. In the end, he explained the faulty parts were core components and recommended we save on labor costs by getting a new machine instead of a costly repair. He was honest, efficient, and didn’t upsell us. He even helped answer other questions we had. Five stars for Ali’s integrity and professionalism!
