In our 6 month old dishwasher, water was not draining and the technician looked at it, and immediately said the drain pump is not working and has to be replaced. Then he said he will try to clear the drain by cleaning the drain pipe. He said he will charge 250$ for this. I felt like being cheated. The advertised service call was 59$ an hour, but hefty labor charge for a 20 minute job was shocking to me. I had a urgency to get the dishwasher working, so I got the job done which was essentially just sucking through water using a pump. The technician gave a 25$ discount, but for the work done, I felt I was taken for a ride. I am not sure what other appliance repair techs charge for a 20 minute draining job… At the end, no parts were replaced.

Hello, Naveen, we are very confused that you have negative experience with our company. But let me clarify a few details, we have never had $59 service call, our service call (in other words, diagnostic fee or call out charge) is $65. Usually, appliance repair companies charge flat rate for repair, and haven't hourly rate. I would like to note that our team had to work on weekend for the sake of providing service for you, and we didn't take extra for this. Our technician arrived on time, diagnosed your dishwasher and provided you two options for repair: first one recommended and more expensive - drain pump replacement and drain line cleaning, or second option - only drain line cleaning. You had chosen drain line cleaning and before the work was started the price was coordinated with you. My apologies about your experience with our company, I hope you'll find better appliance repair service that will meet your expectations. Sincerely, Isabelle Grin.

Reyes and his team members replaced my dryer vent perfectly! He responded right away and did a same day service. He also let me know how long does take time get to my home and also texted to me before 5min before arriving.
