Quality has been part of my family's motto, I have been sharpening knives ranging from regular cheap knives to German and Japanese made knives for a while now. I have cut myself countless times with dull knives than sharp ones while cooking, which is one of the reasons why my slogan is always going to be "A sharp knife is a safe knife". I had all of my kitchen knives sharpened recently from Sharoened Will and I'm so impressed with the results! My knives are now super sharp and cut so smoothly-it feels like I have brand-new knives. What I really appreciate is how responsive and punctual he was. He finished everything on time and with care. Even though he is just starting out, you can see how much effort he puts into the quality of his work and how he keeps improving with every job.
