We hired Accurate Appraisal to appraise a family house in San Jose. David met us at the house, took photos of the interior and exterior, took some measurements of rooms and exterior and asked questions about the property. The comps in the neighborhood included houses of similar age, size, location and condition. The report was ready a few days as promised. I would recommend Accurate Appraisals.

It is based on the hours I will put into the job. $75-$80 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Call to Discuss purpose of the appraisal. 2. Set a time to review/inspect property.3. Research/Research/Research.4. Completes report and deliver to client on time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have to complete 107 hours of continuing education every 4 years. I also complete approximately 56 hours of continuing education as a Real Estate agent every 4 years.
