Santiago was the best! He’s extremely polite and professional, and he’s mainly concerned that you’re enjoying your time. I’d recommend him over and over again and if I need a bartender in the future he’ll be the first person I call :)

Santiago bartender a small outdoor function to celebrate a long term employee retiring. Everything was amazing, and service was outstanding. He is very responsive to all questions and requests that you may ask. Was able to create an cocktail list to be serve as traditional drinks as well as no-alcohol options. Looking forward to working with him again in the future!

We had a small gathering in our backyard to celebrate a friend’s anniversary and asked Santiago to mix drinks for us while the live music artist played. What can I say? From the start, Santiago was responsive, flexible, helpful and professional. He arrived early to set up and I absolutely loved the pop up bar he uses! It has a beautiful wood top! He communicated thoroughly about what drinks we would like to be served and made a beautiful menu to display. He definitely wasn’t stuck to the menu, though. He made us whatever we asked for (as long as we had the alcohol for it) and even made virgin drinks for our kids. He truly went above and beyond for us as I imagine he does with every event. I appreciated also that he didn’t just stand behind the bar but when he saw our drinks were gone, he came to us to ask if we wanted anything else. I really could go on forever about how happy we are that we chose Santiago to bartend our event!! Thank you so much!!

Santiago was absolutely incredible! I've hired bartenders before and I am not lying when I say that I've never worked with anyone close to as good as Santiago. He bartended my mini wedding (about 35 people) July 2020. I had to plan it last minute and Santiago handled everything related to the bar. He planned the perfect, elevated drink menu and even created an amazing non alcoholic option last minute for the guests who don't drink. He was super punctual, responsive and made the event so seamless, stress free, and easy. My friends can drink and there was never really a line. He actually had a drink prepared for when we all arrived from the ceremony and crafted delicious cocktails all night - even if someone wanted something off menu. Outside of being a great mixologist and super easy to work with, he was also an all around great guy! Super personable and fun. I without question will be using him again for all my future event needs. He's the best of the best and I STRONGLY recommend him. Thank you so much Santiago! You rock!

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I fell in love with hospitality and beverage early on working as a bartender. The more I studied the bar fare, the more excited I was about creating drinks and delivering a great experience to every guest.
