Pricing is based on the size of the area, the condition, and the type of service needed. I always aim to offer fair and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for bundled services or repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the customer’s needs and gather details about the project. Then I provide a clear estimate and explain what the service includes. Once approved, we schedule the job at a convenient time. On the day of service, I focus on delivering thorough, high-quality work and make sure the customer is satisfied before completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is primarily hands-on and experience-based. I’ve worked with professional-grade equipment and cleaning solutions, learning proper techniques for carpet, upholstery, surface, and exterior cleaning. I continuously improve my skills by staying up to date with best practices and industry standards.
