Bar stopped by to take a look at some discoloration in my house closet. He was on time and explained the situation, its potential causes, and proposed steps, both immediate and long term. He was extremely knowledgeable and had indepth answers to all of my questions (I had a lot). He broke down the proposed work into two steps that were easy to understand right after the inspection. I have not yet decided if I will do the work. But so far, I have been impressed with this company.

Had some minor water damage in the basement after a big storm. At the initial inspection, gave me a clear diagnosis of what he saw & how to treat it. When he did the repairs, the actual damage (mold!) was found to be more than expected but again no pressure or upselling, just answered my questions and let me decide. Even gave me advice on how to DIY install new baseboards. Very kind, professional, upfront service and good honest work.

I highly recommend this service. I hired them to clean my carpet upon moving out of my apartment after three years and where I owned a pet. The carpet looked brand new upon completion and the team was so easy to work with, even when I forgot to tell them how to get inside!

First time getting our carpet professionally cleaned and the result is so gratifying! The house smells fresh and the carpet looks great! Prior to cleaning, we lived in this space for a little but over a year and have dogs that drive dirt from the backyard quite frequently. We’ve used RugDoctor once but the results were nothing like this! Compare to other carpet cleaners listed on the app, this business is responsive and offers competitive value. Add on’s were all optional and technician educated the difference before we make any decision. Throughout the whole experience, communication was great and responsive. Everyone’s professional yet personable. Will hire again for future needs!
