We recently had a new HVAC system with a heat pump installed, and I was frustrated with the standard thermostat that came with it. After several unsuccessful attempts to get the original installer to research other options, I found Air Care Heating & Cooling through a Google search.
From the moment I filled out a form on their website over the weekend and received a prompt reply by Monday morning, the entire experience was outstanding. The technician who responded was incredibly responsive and informative. He clearly explained the process of converting DC to AC voltage to install an Ecobee smart thermostat.
I called to schedule an appointment and quickly received a confirmation email with a two-hour arrival window. The day before the appointment, a very kind woman called to confirm, and about 30 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival, I received a text message with the name and picture of Luis, the lead technician.
Luis and his assistant, Christian, were absolutely amazing. They were highly competent, efficient, and clearly demonstrated a commitment to staying updated on the latest technologies. Their professionalism and expertise were truly impressive.

We had James come out to inspect our AC unit, and it turned out the capacitor needed to be replaced. He handled it quickly and efficiently for $386. He also cleaned out our dryer vent for $189, though it seemed pretty clean already, so that felt unnecessarybut thats not really the companys fault. Their membership plan and overall pricing do feel on the higher side, but the quality of service was still excellent.

Great service, even showed up slightly early. Very professional - wore shoe covers. Cleaned the area before they left and did a good job at fixing my issue with at as reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
