Choice Photo Booth and Djs!

As I respect this review, I appreciate the opportunity to respond. The custom background designs are what I enjoy. It gives me the opportunity to be creative and gives my customers keepsakes for their guests that capture the themes and feel of the occasion. In this case they had a chalk style and sent some design ideas that I worked from. I sent one sample they didnt like and wanted the chalk to be yellow so I sent a different one. They seem to like as they asked me to remove some stuff and add others so I did. Then they asked for another change and when I made that change I figured they would be happy but they said they didnt like it and wanted me to use the one they sent. This is where I messed up and choose my words wrong. They wanted me to use a design that would have cut off people in the booth. I couldnt work with that option as I knew it would cause quests to be upset. I said I would refund their deposit if they insisted I use there design but also sent about 5 different designs of my creating. These where designs that I had already did but never had a chance to send them. They responded with those design they could use or later emphasized could have used. I responded if they could use these I would be there and to go an extra mile I programmed the booth to offer the guest to choose from 8 different designs including the one they asked for. I also had brought a 42" LCD to stream live a slide show from the booth that we could have set up anywhere in the area they liked. I was half way to the event when they notified me they had found someone else and canceled. Although I had spent hours on design and setting up the booth to support the extra options I still offered them a 50% refund and $300.00 off a booking good through 2015 for them or their friends or family for the confusion.
