We hired Ramin to renovate a master bathroom and master bedroom. The scope of work included demolition, retrofitting proper plumbing for shower, repairing floor boards, retrofitting electrical for new heater/fan/light fixture, shower and floor tile work, resurfacing walls and ceiling, painting walls ceiling and trim, installing all lighting and plumbing fixtures, etc.... He has a small crew of guys who are hard working, respectful and cheerful. I have hired a lot of contractors over the years, and I have never come across anyone like Ramin. He is a perfectionist, in a good way. He makes sure everything is done right and beautifully. He's also super nice, easy to communicate with, and an all around good guy. His estimate was not the least nor the most expensive. We chose him because we had a good feeling about him, and we were right! We've already added small projects to his list around the rest of the property. We will hire him again for our remodeling projects without hesitation.

We had the pleasure of having Ramin and his dad Kamran & team work on our renovation: tear out & remodel kitchen + bathroom, install over 25 recessed lights, install fans, upgrade electricals, replace windows, etc. The team is completely dedicated to your project and not working on multiple projects where delays are caused. As a result, they are fast and also do quality work. They arrive on-time. Ramin's dad even arrives before the stated start time to set up. Ramin went with me to various kitchen stores, sat down with the kitchen vendors and planned out my entire kitchen. Then he went back with me to pick them up and we inspected each & every cabinet for issues before taking them home. They are passionate about what they do and know what they are doing. We are so happy with our renovation. Our house is totally different & we get compliments all the time. Thank you Renovated Square!

Ramin did a full bathroom remodel for us a few months ago. He is very passionate about his work and is very attentive to detail. We have a lot of new furniture in our new home and I appreciated how Ramin valued it like it was his own. He made sure to cover our couches and tables. He is punctual and offered us a lot of great suggestions. I was comfortable with him being in our home even while we had to step out during the day. I plan on using Ramin for any future home updates in our home.

Excellent experience with Ramin. Enjoyed working with someone so detailed and cares not only what the customer wants but also that he is pleased with the outcome. He has an excellent eye for color and helped pick out paint colors which are perfect. He went above and beyond working around my schedule and even getting my supplies which was the best gift ever.
