Diagnostic Service Fee: $69
This is an on-site troubleshooting visit performed by a technician to identify the issue and determine the required scope of work. The diagnostic covers basic inspection, testing, and evaluation to locate the source of the electrical problem.
The $69 diagnostic fee applies once a technician is dispatched and is charged for the service visit only. It does not include repairs, parts, or materials.
By scheduling, requesting service, or contacting our company, the customer agrees to the $69 diagnostic fee prior to dispatch. This applies regardless of whether the visit results in repairs, an estimate only, or no additional work. The fee covers technician time, travel, and on-site diagnostic expenses.
Minimum Labor Fee (Bay Area): $199
Labor only. Materials and parts are not included. Final pricing may vary based on job complexity, access conditions, system requirements, or additional technicians needed. All final costs are confirmed after diagnosis.
Service Terms
By requesting service, scheduling an appointment, or contacting us through phone, text, messaging platforms, or third-party lead services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to our service terms, including the $69 diagnostic fee once a technician is dispatched. Dispatching a technician constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Missed Appointment Policy: If our technician has already arrived at the scheduled appointment and the service is canceled upon arrival, a $69 trip fee will be charged.
