- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a price match guarantee! If you've received a quote from another licensed, bonded and insured company we will match their quote! On top of this we provide industry leading guarantees and warranties on all services. As far as discounts we honor all of our Veteran and Senior Citizen clients. As a rule of thumb the more work we can perform for you and save time the more we can pass the savings along to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are 100% compliant with all CSLB (Contractor State Licensing Board) requirements for contract law. After a Home Improvement agreement is made you gain full access to all of our industry leading guarantees and warranties. We take our work very seriously which means we abide by all safety and electrical code guidelines. This may involve the need for a permit to be filed with your local jurisdiction. We have permit technicians ready at a moments notice to get the work approved by the authorities and we guarantee you will pass your electrical inspections!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold multiple licenses B License - General Building Contractor C10 - Electrical Contractor C27 - Landscaping Contractor C36 - Plumbing C20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Condtioning We also have both Journeyman and General certified electricians. Our technicians are also professionally trained on all code and product updates for four (4) hours every week! Our technicians are also state certified so you can expect top quality work done safely and done to last.
