They helped me out in an emergency situation, and it ended up being a much bigger project than expected. Overall, the experience was great. They prepared the floors thoroughly and covered all of the furniture with plastic to protect it. They were very professional and communicated well throughout the entire process.

My husband and I just bought our first home, and it was in pretty bad shape. Half the wiring was from the 50's, half from every other decade in between. None of the circuits made any sense (why is my microwave in the kitchen on the same circuit breaker as the lights in the office???). We had a breaker that kept tripping, and another that released the magic blue smoke. It was rough.Miguel and Moy came over, did a full inspection, figured out what needed to go, what was still good, worked out a full game plan on how to do a complete re-wire and install a subpanel to make things a little more logical. Super thorough and professional, I was genuinely impressed that they worked out what to do before cutting any holes in the walls, which is really appreciated! They filled us in every step of the way on what was done, what was the next day's plan, and most importantly made sure the house was totally usable overnight (lights working, important outlets functional, cleaned up any dust and debris created by the work).They do awesome work. Whole house rewire, with a LOT of cursed DIY from the previous owners to undo. Took 5 days and everything is brand new. New wiring, new lights, new switches, new panel, new sockets, new car charger. Lotta dedicated circuits for the things that suck down a lotta power so we don't get accidental trips just cuz someone turned on the microwave while the toaster was on.Honestly all that aside, they're awesome dudes. They kept us informed of what they were about to do so there was no surprises, and genuinely refused to leave a mess even when I said I was planning to vacuum later anyways.I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. It was a tough job, they got it done better than I had dreamed. I can genuinely say they have a customer for life.--Quick update: I had a can light start buzzing over the weekend. They scheduled someone to come by Monday, Jonathan I think. Super nice guy.He actually ran to a store and gave me a couple options of lights to replace the buzzing ones, letting me pick my preferred style and color temperature. Another awesome dude. Took him no time to swap them out, had me fiddle and play with the dimmer to make sure it wouldn't buzz again.He even showed me the color temperature settings on the adjustable light I picked, and showed me how to set it if I decided to replace my other lights on the future.Definitely the only electric company I'll call. Nothing but awesome interactions with their electricians.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
“If you think hiring a good electrician is expensive… wait until you hire a bad one!” We’re not the cheapest in town but focus on quality, reliability and safety!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We charge a $59 service fee to secure the appt once we’ve performed a full diagnostic, we provide our clients with a minimum of 3 options to either repair, replace or upgrade their system as necessary. Upon choosing an option we will usually complete the work same day or next day!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a journeyman level electrician with my state certification and 19years of experience!
