What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When booking an event, we always send out a service agreement and event questionnaire to be fill out and returned with a booking fee to hold the date. The booking fee is part of the total package price, and is NOT an additional charge. If you party was quoted at $250, there would be a $50 booking fee to hold the spot, and then $200 payable on party day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our artists are continually improving their skills by attending conventions and classes in face painting and balloon arts.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back in 1997, Jeanine started playing with balloons has a hobby, and soon found herself entertaining as a full time business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Birthday parties are what we do most, followed by corporate events like picnics and holiday gatherings. We also do a lot of school events.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you have your heart set on a particular entertainment, or entertainer, ALWAYS book the entertainment BEFORE sending out your invitations. It is often easier to work around the entertainer's schedule than it is to search around and find an entertainer to fit in with your scheduled event. Summer and holiday events often book several weeks, to several months in advance.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How many guests do I anticipate? (We have packages to fit all sizes)
How much time should I allow for my guests to arrive before the entertainment arrives? (We recommend a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour.)
Do I have a large enough space to add an entertainer? (Your entertainer will need a piece of flat ground in an area protected from sun and wind. A face painter will need a table with seating for two.)
Can I offer face paining at a pool party? (You can, however the paint will come off in the water. You might consider Airbrush Tattoos or Glitter Tattoos instead.)
