Call us for Residential and Commercial Pest Management Services Treating for Bed Bugs, Ants, Fleas, Spiders, Rodents, Cockroaches, Birds, Live Animal Trapping, Tree & Shrub Care, Limited Termite inspections, Local Termite treatments and fumigation services available. We provide limited rodent inspections for $100 and $125 for Bed Bug inspections which both are reimbursable if you choose to hire us to perform the service. For homes under 2k sqft : $175 initial service & $75 per month with a year agreement or $250 one-time service with no agreement. I called Jim in a panic last spring, because a billion little bugs were crawling all over my property and into the house. Even he had never seen such a bad infestation. It took a few weeks to fully exterminate them, but thanks to Jim's expertise and diligence, the situation was under control. He was able to trace it back to a mound of mulch, and worked with an entomologist to identify the insects; mostly lygus bugs. I have relied on him this past year to help control the bugs around the house. Beware carpenter ants eat through wood! Jim is friendly, knowledgeable, and perfectly reliable. Frankly, he saved us..

I own over 100 apartment units spread out throughout California that have been serviced by a well known pest control company. As a landlord, it can be difficult sometimes to manage all of the problems that arise trying to manage so many units. After tenants report a problem, I just want to assign the issue to a vendor that can solve the problem right away and not have to worry about it any longer. That's just not always the case with invasive pests such as german roaches and bed bugs. If they aren't addressed immediately they can spread to other units in a short amount of time. Typically I create a work order and send it off to the pest control vendor only to have them come back multiple times to treat the same unit for months never resolving the issue. I finally decided it was time to try something different and called Presto to see if they would be any different. I explained that the unit was heavily infested with roaches and has been treated multiple times. They came out the same day and suggested using an Actisol treatment used for severe infestations, that I had never heard of this service before. Wow, was I surprised at the results after just one treatment, they had created a mass graveyard of roaches all over the kitchen floor. I checked back with the tenants who said that the single treatment had completely wiped out all of the roaches. At another site a unit that had reported to previously have bed bugs was treated by another company had came back. I tried Presto on that unit as well and they used a three step treatment process. The final process was the use of a bacteria that attaches itself to bed bugs killing them. The tenants who previously were complaining of bites had stopped. I've worked with various vendors over the years, I was fortunate to have found Presto making the stress of managing the units simple and smooth.

We offer discounts to seniors, First Responders, active military and veterans. We will provide a clear and upfront estimate of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a time to come out and perform an inspection. We will identify the target pest and create a custom treatment plan. Our goal is to make sure that providing a high quality of service that you are pest free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by both the State Structural Pest Control Board #8376 Br 2 & Br 3 as well as the Dept of Pesticide Regulation #45238117. We are also licensed by the CA Fish & Wildlife for live animal trapping. Additionally for unmanned drone license from the FAA used for inspections.
