My name is Adriana and I’ve been bringing smiles to faces for 9 years with professional face painting. Whether it’s a backyard birthday, neighborhood park, school event, festival, or corporate gathering, I focus on making every guest feel special—especially the birthday child.
I’m known for being personable, painting quickly without sacrificing quality, and keeping an upbeat, friendly attitude from the first to the last face. I offer:
- Face painting (including Dia de los Muertos sugar skull designs)
- Adult body painting
- Henna tattoos
- Optional balloon twister for $65/hour (simple designs), or a few balloons at no extra cost
- Murals and holiday/seasonal window painting
My rate is $120/hour in the San Jose area and $140/hour elsewhere, with a two-hour minimum. Discounts may be available for special situations.

Adriana did an amazing job at our event. Not only did the kids get painted but the adults joined in as well. She has great communication and kept me updated all the way through. I will definitely be using her serv again in the future for our next event and referring her to others who need facepainting.

She was amazing with the kids—so patient, kind, and engaging. Communication was great, and she let us know ahead of time that she was running late. She stayed an extra hour to make up for it, which we really appreciated. The face and hand painting was beautiful, and all the kids and adults loved it. Highly recommend!

We hired Cheverri for my son’s birthday party to do facepainting and balloon twisting, and she was absolutely wonderful! She did an incredible job with the facepainting, patiently accommodating all kinds of fun and unique requests from the kids. Her balloon twisting was equally amazing—she made so many different styles, and every single child left with a huge smile. The kids had such a great time, and parents were so impressed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is conditional related to distance from previous location (my home, city of previous event).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know if they have a particular theme they would like me to include in my sample designs, if the event is indoors or outdoors and type of event so I can dress accordingly, the address of the party and start time to make sure it can coordinate with travel times. I like to know how many people would they anticipate to be painted and if they are looking for a quickly moving line offering small designs with minimal detail, or if they would like me to offer all types of designs, so the time booked is realistic and relevant for types of designs offered to number of kids/people.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Liberal Arts degree Social and Behavioral Science Emphasis.
