They did an excellent job repairing my old gas fireplace. On the first visit, they assessed the situation, walked me through my options (replacing the entire unit vs. just the electronic valve), and ordered the necessary parts. On the second day, they completed all the work—we ended up replacing all the internal components. I love how my “new” old fireplace looks, and I’d definitely recommend them to friends.

My fireplace had a broken damper which made cleaning hard. They were able to work around that, cleaning out the fireplace while recommending a number of solutions. They were incredibly professional and helpful!

I highly recommend Bay Fireside Pros! Doris was very communicative during the scheduling process, and was able to come in just a few days.
