- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually have some sort of introductory offer - ask! In addition, > 55 and certain corporate partners can see some discounting, and we build in a "commitment discount" when you pre-purchase a 3 month package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first appointment is an hour-long consultation, where we focus on YOU - understanding your fitness background, physical state, and setting your goals & objectives. We then lead into an educational demo workout, where we focus on the very-important PROCESS - to ensure when you workout, you do so safely, and effectively. It's not until we complete this session that we even THINK about signing you onto a program!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our instructors runs through a 3-6 month process of certification, backed by the SuperSlow Institute & accredited by the IACET, with ongoing training for 10 CEUs each year in additional education.
