I hired Payam a couple weeks ago to help with some endurance training and to help answer a few nutrition questions. He's a student and it shows because he discusses the details of the human body with a lot of interest, and he spends time with clients. I've worked with other trainers who just tell ppl what to do, but this guy actually explains the way a given exercise works, and why it helps. Try a session with him, if it's like mine then you'll be happy you did.
