Excellent experience overall - we passed HERS test and city inspection just now. The city inspector said they did solid work. AVANT installed a new A/C condenser (Carrier slim 14 SEER) and replaced all ducts in a two-story house (with flex ducts), and provided permits and HERS tester. I got at least five bids from different contractors in the area and theirs was among the top ones. The work took two days: they worked whole day pretty late on the first day, so we avoided overrun to the third day, and finished about 3pm on the second day. The crew was respectful and pleasant, and cleaned everything up inside and out. AVANT offered 3y warranty on labor. Oleg was my contact, he was very responsive from beginning to end, everything he said always checked out, and I detected no BS (no unnecessary upsells, no convincing not to get a permit, no bugging with phone calls before I made my choice, etc - being a women who hires many contractors I've heard my share). Great experience overall, wold recommend and would re-hire.

Oleg from Avant HVAC was the consumate Pro working tirelessly to determine my furnace problem...when it was finally determined that the repairs and parts necessary to get my old furnace functioning again were proportionate to the cost of a new furnace, Oleg provided me with all of my options and time to mull over my final decision to replace furnace with a new unit...Oleg and Team represent old fashioned "Customer Service" with quality work at it's finest, something we all have been missing of late. I would highly recommend and his team for any of your HVAC needs!

We give our highest possible recommendation to Oleg and Avant HVAC. We are a biotechnology company (Rejuvenation Technologies Inc.) that depends heavily on our HVAC systems working well. We had two HVAC units that were not working so we got quotes from three HVAC companies to fix them. Oleg came and diagnosed and fixed both units all in the same visit and he charged us only about 1/10th the price that one of the other companies quoted us, and about 1/5th the price the other company quoted. We were very impressed with Oleg's expertise and skill in diagnosing and repairing the units. We will be using Avant HVAC from now on.

An air duct in my attic broke and we were not getting heat. Oleg had an appointment same day and came by and fixed it. He took pictures of the work done and was very professional and knowledgeable. Also, he charged a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for HVAC related issues
