Ivan did a full remodel for my rental apartment - Bathroom, Kitchen, Flooring, New windows, Painting.
He was very responsive from the beginning. They took care of everything, so I didn't have to switch around between different contractors. Other contractors would only do part of the job (eg. they won't replace the windows) or had too much "process".
The work started on time and finished on time and on budget. I am very happy with the work they did.

A great company to do business with. They do everything. Plumbing, electrical, kitchen and bath. Great quality in their workmanship. Great value. They work fast. Others quoted higher prices and longer timeline to get the job done. I needed the work done fast and they were. All new recessed light put in my kitchen. New vanity in the master bath. Barn door for our bathroom. Replaced my garage door. Installed new lighting in my garage. And many other odd jobs that needed to get done. Highly recommended.

Worked with global bay on our kitchen remodel, it was a complete gut. His team came in and redid everything from scratch. They know what they are doing and you can trust their work! It’s great to work with someone you can bounce ideas off, they have a lot of experience and know trends as well as what will work best in your space and I can appreciate that. With any construction of course it’s inconvenient while living but they made a effort to clean up each day after their work which I appreciated. Highly recommend!!
