UPDATE: Since the last review Angelica made an effort to make this work for us and we are going to hire her company to do the job. Will post an update here once the project is complete. ------------------------------------------------------- I went as far as getting the quote from Angelica but did not end up hiring this company. She was professional and transparent. Her quote was cheaper compared to other companies I interviewed with but I realized later that it was for a STANDARD bathroom. Anything extra I asked for was considered an upgrade. So, be very careful how you deal with this company. Clearly define every little thing because they won't tell you. I mean, what type of tile and what type of grout as the price could vary. I was shocked to learn that linear drain and barn shower door is considered an upgrade. For common people, shower drain is a drain. They assume you are an expert in bathroom design and need to dictate every little thing. They initial quote appears to be designed to get your business and every little thing from there is an extra and you may end up with extra cost of thousands of dollars once the work begins. I am not sure how a homeowner is expected to know every little detail about everything.

At the beginning, I was honestly very hesitant. I wasn’t sure if A&H Remodeling and Construction Inc. was the right company for my project. I had heard too many stories about contractors who don’t deliver, who cut corners, or disappear halfway through the job and I didn’t want to make that mistake. Because of that, I did my homework. I asked for references, photos of past projects, and real examples of their work. I needed to be sure. That fear of ending up with the wrong contractor was very real. I also contacted several other companies. Some gave me extremely low prices that didn’t feel trustworthy, while others were way too expensive without clear justification. I was honestly confused and didn’t know what decision to make. What made the difference was the way A&H responded. Every question I had was answered clearly, patiently, and with real knowledge. No pressure, no vague answers—just transparency. That’s what ultimately gave me the confidence to move forward with them. The project included new flooring, staircase work, full interior painting, and a kitchen remodel all completed with proper permits and inspections. From start to finish, everything was handled in a very professional and organized manner. I want to especially highlight Hector, the project manager. His experience shows from day one he’s an absolute beast at what he does. Always on top of every detail, coordinating the crew, solving issues quickly, and making sure everything stayed on track.
And Angi, the manager, was just as important throughout the entire process. She guided us step by step, explained everything clearly, and made sure we always felt informed and supported. You can truly feel that she takes responsibility for the project and for the client experience. In the end, I can confidently say I made the right decision. The final result exceeded my expectations, and more importantly, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Today, I’m not just satisfied—I’m genuinely at peace knowing I chose the right team.

I was extremely satisfied with my bathroom remodel. The project included a walk-in shower, bathtub, and a heated flooring system, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Angelica managed the entire project and played a key role throughout the process. She listened carefully to everything we wanted and turned it into a clear, well-structured proposal. Communication was consistent from start to finish. There was also great added value, including courtesy upgrades like lighting, electrical improvements, and even a complimentary design, which made it much easier to visualize the final outcome before starting. During construction, Hector and Moisés demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The work was clean, organized, and done with strong attention to detail. This is a serious, reliable team that delivers on what they promise and focuses on quality. I would definitely hire them again.
