- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always transparent and based on the scope and quality of each project. We offer free estimates and detailed written proposals so there are no surprises. We also provide discounts for multi-room remodels and returning customers. Every project includes warranty and work done to California building code standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to understand the customer’s goals and vision. Then we provide a detailed written estimate, timeline, and scope of work. Once approved, we handle everything — materials, permits, inspections, and construction — keeping the client updated every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed general contractor in California (License #1139144). Over the years, I’ve completed professional training in residential remodeling, structural framing, plumbing, and electrical work — always keeping up with current building codes and safety standards.
